Introduction:-

Plum drink is one of the most famous and delicious drinks in the world and is beneficial for people of every age. It has no side effects. Most people like it because it is not too expensive and is also easy to make at home. So prepare it and enjoy.

Ingredients:-

  • 250 gm plum (Dry plum)
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1\2 (half) teaspoons of black salt
  • 1\2 (half) teaspoons of blended Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons of Brown Sugar (If you do not have brown sugar, take white sugar).
  • Ice(as required).
  • Mint leaves (optional).

Instruction:-

  1. Take one glass of water in a pot and add the ingredients. 250 gm of  plum, 1\2 (half) teaspoons of black salt, 6 tablespoons of Brown sugar, and  boiled it for 15 to 20 mints on medium flame (heat). When it has boiled well, remove it from the stove and peel the plum. Leave it for some time to cool.
  2. Now add two more glasses of water, 1\2 (half) teaspoons of blended Cumin, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Also, add small pieces of ice (as required) and blend it with a blender (juicer).
  3. When all the ingredients are well mixed, add mint leaves as needed and serve.
